Website Privacy Policy

Your privacy, plainly stated.

Effective and last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy covers the Riverside Health Services website. It explains exactly what the website records and why. How we protect residents’ health information is explained in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

What this website records

This website has no forms, no sign-in and no shopping cart. It records two things.

1. A visit log. Like most websites, our web server keeps a record of each page request: the date and time, the page address, your IP address, your browser type, the page that sent you here, your browser’s language setting, and the approximate country worked out from the IP address. We use these records only to count visits, keep the website secure and fix problems. IP addresses may be checked against public lists of known automated traffic so that bots are not counted as people. Detailed records are kept for about 13 months. After that, only daily totals with no IP addresses are kept.

2. A tap counter. Our web server adds a small script, /_e.js, to each page. When someone taps one of our phone, text or email links, or submits a form, it sends a short note back to our server saying what kind of tap it was, which page it was on, and which of our phone numbers or email addresses was tapped. That note is logged with the visit record described above. The script does not record what you type, does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser.

What this website does not do

  • It does not set cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
  • It does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers.
  • It does not collect health information.
  • We do not sell or share website information for advertising.

Who handles it

Our website is hosted by UnityCare Technologies LLC, which runs the web server, the visit log and the tap counter for us. The records are used only for this website.

Maps

Our pages offer an optional Google map. It loads only if you choose to show it, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that map.

When you contact us

When you call, email or visit in person, the information you share is used only to respond to you and to provide care. Please don’t email medical details. Call us instead. Protected health information is handled under HIPAA and Oklahoma law, as described in our HIPAA Notice.
